Years ago I wrote the book: “I Know I Should Exercise, But… 7 Steps to Removing Your ‘But’ from Exercise.”

This funny and informative book shows people how to get moving, stay motivated, and fit exercise into a busy life. It’s a quick read, so no one needs to spend lots of time sitting on the couch while reading my book about getting off the couch.
